Founded in 2003, Nagasai Industries specializes in the design and manufacturing of precision press tools, jigs & fixtures, and engineering components, all aimed at meeting the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Over the years, Nagasai Industries has earned a strong reputation for its commitment to reasonable pricing, exceptional quality, and timely delivery. As a result, we have built lasting relationships with prominent industrial houses in the automotive and white goods sectors.
In addition to serving domestic clients, we have successfully exported press tools to international markets, including Singapore, the USA, Sri Lanka, and Australia, through partnerships with respected companies such as Tecumseh, DVB Design & Engineering, Choice Precitech India Limited, Diligent, and Elite Technology.

Our state-of-the-art facility, located in the Jeedimetla Industrial Area of Hyderabad, is equipped with advanced machinery, including CNC and conventional machines from renowned brands, ensuring precision, efficiency, and adherence to strict quality standards. Our design and IT infrastructure features the latest CAD stations and software, such as GStarCAD, SolidWorks 2021, and SolidWorks CAM, further enhancing our design capabilities.

Materials & Components
At Nagasai Industries, we use only the best materials for each application, including HCHCR/D2, D3, and HSSM2 for cutting elements; OHNS/EN31 for sliding elements; and pearlite castings for forming and draw operations. Our consumables, such as springs and screws, are sourced from trusted and reputable brands, both domestic and international.

We also rely on YASASWINI Tooling Systems for high-quality spare parts like plates, guide pillars, bushes, ball sleeves, and tool trails, ensuring that all components meet our rigorous standards.
Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

Our in-house tool room allows us to design, engineer, and manufacture a wide range of compound, progressive, draw, and prototype tools to meet our clients' specific requirements. With the capacity to produce up to 600,000 units per month, we maintain robust testing and R&D facilities, including CAD and CAM technologies, to ensure precision and consistency in every product.​​
QUALITY ASSURANCE
We have in-house tool room to design, engineer and manufacture all types of compound, progressive, draw and prototype tools to meet the clients requirements. We have production facilities of producing 6 lakh units per month. We also possess well-developed testing facilities and R&D facilities like CAD, CAM etc.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Our modern manufacturing facility houses advanced machinery, including conventional tool room equipment, CNC, VMC, wire cut, power presses, hydraulic presses, rolling mills, and grinding machines. We prioritize the use of high-grade raw materials to ensure the durability and reliability of our products. This comprehensive infrastructure allows us to manufacture sheet metal components such as deep-drawn, blanked, bent, lanced, and progressive die components within 4 to 6 weeks, meeting both domestic and international demand
